About the Foundation

The Invesco Foundation, Inc. was established in 2018 as a general-purpose charitable foundation to support tax-exempt charitable organizations in areas of interest to the Foundation.

Corporate Responsibility:

The Invesco Foundation seeks to provide charitable support to organizations and deliver on the well-being of our communities while driving positive, transformative change.

Guidelines

Funding Priorities:
The Invesco Foundation, Inc. supports general charitable activities in the United States.

Grant applications are by invitation only.

Geographic Focus:
The Invesco Foundation is solely dedicated to organizations within the United States, and accepts applications by invitation only.

  • Program Support
  • Project Support
  • Operating Support
  • Capital Campaigns

The Foundation seeks to catalyze meaningful change where it’s needed most through the non-profits it supports.

Restrictions:
The Trustees of The Invesco Foundation, Inc. have chosen to be proactive in their giving and therefore, applications are accepted by invitation only.

Grant application deadlines are March 15 and September 15 of each year.

Eligibility Requirements:
The Trustees will review applications from organizations that have received invitations to apply and are exempt from taxation under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c)(3). If you are a 509 (a)(3) Supporting Organization, you will be required to provide supporting documentation. Grants are not made to support individuals.

Grant Cycle and Deadline Information:
The Foundation meets semi-annually during the spring and fall cycles to review grant applications.  The deadlines for submitting grant proposals are therefore March 15 and September 15.

Organizations selected to receive funding will be notified in late May for the spring cycle and late November for the fall cycle.

Grant recipients are required to submit a final report on the expenditure of the funds and an evaluation of the project.
